EDUCATION:
Successful completion of two years of secondary school; or
A satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to two years of secondary school; or
An acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience

EXPERIENCE:
Experience providing administrative support.
Experience using an electronic information or records system.
Experience handling and safeguarding sensitive information.
Experience analyzing, processing, and responding to requests from clients.
